In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 12 against Jacob Arthur Ore of Fort Dodge on a charge of trespass. Ore was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending Oct. 13 as follows: Jacob Arthur Ore of Jefferson, theft-fifth degree; Zachery Allen Waters of Paton, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Erla Beth Whitenack of Westside, assault- simple.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that James Michael Lefeber of Jefferson has been charged with theft-fifth degree. The warrant was issued June 22 and returned Sept. 30.
Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week ending Oct. 13 as follows: Norma Flores of Coon Rapids, violation of instruction permit limitation, $50; and *Maurice Eldon Wistenberg of Jefferson, failure to yield upon entering through highway, $100.
